Master Plans and Studies Project Updates - Week of March 17, 2025

Permit Process Audit

• March 18, 2025 – BerryDunn completed a community survey to identify concerns and improvement opportunities for the current permit process. They will start Focus Groups this week to get feedback from key stakeholders.

Facilities Master Plan

• March 11, 2025 – HDR is completing final items. They had turnover in their staff working on the project and some requested changes were not made. They are working on those changes.

Water Supply Evaluation

• March 13, 2025 – The City Council approved an amendment to the task order with HDR on this project. The project will be marked complete and the remaining funds will be moved to the Water/Wastewater Master Plan project where water supply will be included in that final plan.
