Paving work temporarily closes airport runway, taxiway


Paving work continues at Taylor Municipal Airport this week. The runway and taxiway will be closed beginning Thursday, July 6 at 7 a.m.  

The runway is expected to re-open on Saturday, July 8 at 9 a.m., barring any weather-related issues or unforeseen problems. The taxiway is expected to reopen on Saturday at 5 p.m. 

The prices of fuel at TMA remain the lowest in the area, with Jet A w/ADD selling at $2.85 per gallon, and 100LL priced at $3.45 per gallon.
