Operation Red Santa is a joint effort to ensure Taylor area children have toys for Christmas and their families have food for a holiday dinner.
How to Apply Date: Saturday, October 27, 2018 Time: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Where: City Hall, 400 Porter St.
Applications will only be available for pick up and completion on a first-come, first-serve basis.
THIS IS THE ONLY DAY APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
All applicants must provide:
Proof of Residency (a photocopy of your Driver's License AND a photocopy of a recent utility bill)
Time to conduct a short interview with a Program Manager to determine eligibility
Someone at home on Monday, December 24 between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to receive delivery
NOT eligible: Anyone who has received assistance from Red Santa for two consecutive years
Please bring items to the Fire Department Administrative office at 304 E. 3rd St. or to either of the fire stations during business hours. Monetary donations are most welcome in order to fulfill the specific wishlists of the children. Bicycle helmets are also a high demand item. Please have all items turned in by Fri, Dec 14. Volunteers for wrapping: Wednesday, December 19, 2018, starting at 5:30pm, City Hall (400 Porter Street)
